We are thrilled to share some wonderful news from the Canton Fair!
The prestigious 2025 Canton Fair Design Award Ceremony honored Hosen Two Eight Ceramic Tableware with the Bronze Award.
We received this award for our innovative new “TerraBlox” (衍) series.This is a proud moment for our entire team. It recognises our commitment to the event’s powerful theme: “Design Inspires Future.”
Meet TerraBlox: The Award-Winning Design
What makes the TerraBlox series so special? The series is inspired by the “stackable interactivity” concept, a popular trend in the design world. It combines this forward-thinking idea with an innovative material: colored clay (色土).
This is a multifunctional, modular, and fun design that blends traditional function with modern aesthetics. The name “TerraBlox” itself hints at this—like toy blocks, you can stack the pieces in different creative ways. This playful design is not just for high-end restaurants; it allows you to stack pieces at home like building blocks, letting beauty and art flow through your living space.
Of course, this clever design also achieves highly efficient space-saving, which is valuable for any kitchen, professional or at home.
To enhance the experience, the collection features a beautiful finish: glossy on the inside for an elegant eating surface and easy cleaning, and matte on the outside for a natural, tactile feel. The TerraBlox series comes in two stylish color combinations: a vibrant yellow-green-brown mix and a warm pink-brown palette.
Design with Purpose and Sustainability
The Canton Fair Design Award celebrates true innovation. For Hosen, innovation must include sustainability.
The TerraBlox series is designed with eco-friendly principles. We use non-toxic mineral pigments within the colored clay itself. This design follows the ideas of a circular economy, helping to reduce waste. We believe that beautiful, high-quality tableware can also be good for our planet.
