We are a manufacturer since 1998 based in Chaozhou, which covers an area of 60.000 square meters.

1) Stocked product MOQ 100 pcs;

2) Regular porcelain product out of stock MOQ 300 pcs;

4) Customize shape 1000-2000 pcs;

5) Stoneware product MOQ 2000-3000pcs.

If the product is in stock, we can ship it out in 3-5 days;

If out of stock, it will take 30-35 days for production;

Customized orders will take 45-60 days for production.

Product

All of our products undergo strict testing. They’re free of lead, cadmium, and other heavy metals and are compliant to LFGB, FDA.

All Hosen products are durably crafted for everyday use and are completely dishwasher safe. Hosen ceramics are microwave safe and even oven safe up to 450℉.

While all semi-matte ceramics are susceptible to superficial marks from your flatware, they can be easily taken off with a good scrubber and a scouring compound. If you notice marks on your ceramics, you can try to use lemon juice and baking soda. After a soapy rinse, your dishes should be good as new.

Our ceramics are made of different materials, some are made of stoneware, which has unique characteristics. The clay contains naturally occurring flecks that occasionally come to the surface during the firing process. In some cases, these dots may show through lighter glazes, this cannot be completely avoided. At Hosen, we embrace these slight variations—they’re what make our hand-finished ceramics one of a kind.

Customization

Include product logo, pattern design, product size, and product shape, and even customization of a brand new holiday-themed collection or any concept basis collection.

Usually around 500-3000pcs per items, while the final MOQ depends on specific product size and the complexity of customization.

Service

Yes.

For factory existing models, a free sample can be provided within 3 days after receiving your free sample application, but freight is negotiable, some potential projects, we’d like to offer for FREE.

For customized models, the sample cost and sample time depend on the actual condition.

All of our products undergo strict testing, and all are compliant to LFGB, FDA and Prop 65 standard issued by SGS.

Shipping

It depends on the quantity, if a small quantity, the shipping cost will be higher, while if for a full container, we can get a better shipping rate.

Normally we will update and offer the best shipping cost according to the packing details as a reference for clients.

Usually, for non-customization items, the normal production time is around 30-35 days; while if customization orders, which takes around 45-60 days.

We do support ships by sea, air, and train to different countries, usually which depends on the shipping rate and agreement on our contract. We’d share the information for consideration.

Usually, it is packed in a brown carton, if for full container items, we will use an inner box and outer box for double protection.

Also, we have multi-package ways, like mailboxes, and gift boxes, depending on customers’ requests and budgets.

Usually if in the Asian area, around 15-20 days； if in the USA or European area, roughly around 40-50 days, depending on the seasons.
